Depending on the market size of each province, multiple distributors can be developed (major cities like Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City may have more than one distributor). The distributor in each area manages that entire regional market. This enables our esteemed partners to easily boost sales, scale territory, and minimize channel conflicts or disputes during growth.

Pricing Policy

1 Discounts

  • All parties negotiate and implement invoice discounts specified in the price list sent to distributors monthly.
  • Cases eligible for additional discounts:
    • Instant cash/transfer payment upon delivery of goods.
    • Achieving target revenue tiers as designated in the signed contract.
  • All rewards and supports will be settled via: Cash, bank transfer, or balance deduction against liabilities.

2Selling Price

  • Based on bulk purchase history and other partnership commitments, distributors will enjoy pricing policies mapped to the corresponding agent tier.
  • The pricing structure is strategically engineered to safeguard market competitiveness and maximize profit margins for distributors.

Support Policy

  • Media & Marketing SupportPromoting the brand across media channels; provided with corporate leads and buyer matches near the distributor's headquarters and branches during the term of cooperation.
  • Exclusive Distributor PricingEntitled to premium discount pricing according to fixed policies for official distributors.
  • Brand PresenceUpdating the contact info and logo of the distributor onto the website annalala.vn and other corporate promotional assets.
  • Legal / Contract Support Authorized to act on behalf of the company to execute commodity trade sales contracts if required by the distributor's buyers or if the distributor lacks full legal capacity to sign. Net profits (after deducting actual operating expenses) will be wire-transferred back to the distributor upon fulfillment of obligations.
